Returns and Refund Policy

In order to return a product, the customer must first contact BBE and discuss the product faults or otherwise. This will then result in an authorised return and solution of the product. This will also allow our records to show this return, and maintain consistency in ensuring the product solution (replacement, refund etc) is upheld. When returning this product and posting it back to BBE, please ensure the customer name, reference and contact are clearly marked.

 

In regards to incorrectly ordered goods, the most common problem is the wrong cartridge being ordered for the required machine. PLEASE, if you are unsure, prior to purchase, contact BBE and we are more than happy to assist you with this. 

 

Incorrectly Ordered Goods:
 

We do not give credits for incorrectly ordered goods.

Returned goods MUST be in the original packaging, unopened, undamaged and free of any shipping labels or marks. Otherwise, we will be unable to award any refunds or alternate products. We recommend using a different box for shipping in order to ensure the returned product is kept in good condition.

 

It is the consumer’s responsibility to pay the freight/shipping charges and insurance associated with the return. This is to ensure there is a proof of delivery for these goods being returned. Goods that are shipped with ‘receiver to pay’ will be rejected by us, leaving the courier responsible.

 

Faulty goods:
 

When it comes to faulty goods, there is more times than not whereby both toner and ink cartridges are found to be NOT faulty. Please ensure you have performed your printer recommended cleaning procedures before returning these goods. 

 

We do not give credits in general, and we offer only refunds and replacements.

There is a manufacturers’ prerequisite that laser or copier returns must have a printed page from the cartridge in question returned with the cartridge. There will be no exceptions as we are unable to obtain credits without these.

 

Cartridges have to be over a minimum weight (normally at least 75% full) before we can accept them for return.

 

If the product has been refilled or tampered with in any way, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

 

All products must be sealed and secured, to ensure they do not break, leak or get lost in transit. This especially applies to cartridges and toner.

 

The warranty is limited to the cost of the goods only, as stated on your invoice, and is the amount you actually paid us for the goods. There are no implied warranties beyond what is stated here.

Upon us receiving the goods, we will then evaluate them and contact the consumer to advise them of the result.
